Karl Mattson is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for City National Bank in Los Angeles, CA, where he leads City National's information security, business continuity, vendor risk management and IT risk programs. During his 20-year career in risk and security, Karl has held leadership roles at three Fortune 500 corporations and served in the US Army as a Noncommissioned Officer and intelligence analyst. He maintains CISSP, CISM and CRISC professional certifications.

Joseph Melika is Founder and CEO of Purple Team, a private security firm specializing in application penetration assessments. If your business runs online, then you are exposed. Joseph and his team of researchers identify vulnerabilities and help you remediate them before the bad guys do. Prior to PT, Joseph ran security for Verizon Digital Media, as well as global technology and security for Apple's advertising agency Media Arts Lab. When not hacking, Joseph can be found miles out in the ocean fishing.

Mikhael Felker is Director of Information Security & Risk Management for Farmers Insurance. In the past decade he has taken on various information roles including security engineering, teaching, writing, research and management. His sector experience includes insurance, defense, healthcare, nonprofit/education and technology/Internet, seeing first-hand the variance in information security culture and program maturity. Felker received his M.S. in information security policy and management from Carnegie Mellon University and B.S. in computer science from UCLA. He has over 50+ publications and has been a speaker for RSAC, CSA, ISSA, ISACA, ISC2 and OWASP events. Mikhael holds a number of certifications including CISSP, CGEIT, CIPP/US, CISA, CISM, CRISC, ITIL, and PMP.

Lily De Los Rios is Vice President of Partner and Support Solutions for Symantec Corporation's Consumer Business Unit. In this role, she is responsible for providing business solutions for Symantec’s business partners and building Customer Support tools and infrastructure. Lily brings a long and successful history of both technical development and product management to her current position. Lily joined Symantec as a senior software engineer working on Macintosh products in 1991. She has served in a variety of management positions, including leading the antivirus development team and co-founding Symantec Antivirus Research Center (SARC) which is now known as Symantec Security Response. Under her guidance, Symantec's research team grew in scope from addressing viruses to today's more complex internet threats. As vice president of product delivery for Client & Host Security, Lily was responsible for the product management and software development of Symantec Client Security, server and groupware antivirus and intrusion prevention solutions. She has led several acquisition and integration efforts for Symantec’s enterprise and consumer business, such as SecurityFocus and SwapDrive.

Lily gained extensive product management and engineering experience working with start-up companies prior to joining Symantec. She worked on MacInTax and Turbo Tax for SoftView, which was ultimately acquired by Intuit. An active member of her community, Lily has been involved in leadership positions at several non-profit organizations including American Youth Soccer Organization and Science Buddies.
