Rachelle Byars-Sargent leads an enterprise product development team which focuses on improving business operations using technology. Certified in Business Process Engineering, Rachelle's passion is discovering efficiencies buried in complex internal operations. Rachelle also specializes in adoption strategies using her Change Management certification from the Professional Sciences (Prosci) organization.

In efforts to give back, Rachelle works with local non-profits to position their brands online. Rachelle has a Masters in Communications Technology and Adult Education.

Angela Carr

Angela Carr serves as Chief Operating Officer of a2z, Inc. a2z, Inc., a privately held SAAS product company that serves the events and exhibitions industry. Angela oversees client on-boarding and deployment, project management, graphic design, product management and development.

Carr comes to a2z from the Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI), where she served as Vice President of Information Technology. Prior to her IT role, she worked as part of the AUVSI web and conference teams. Carr has also worked at CTIA, The Wireless Association, and its foundation, running point on convention operations and programming.
