Raechelle McLean

Raechelle is a seasoned enterprise consultant with more than 20 years experience in leading Transformation and change initiatives from programs through to organisational strategy and design. Her working experience spans finance expertise then bringing her broad commercial business acumen into assisting across organisations in a raft of both operational business and technology areas from strategy right through to leading teams to execution of strong outcomes.

Raechelle has lead and managed large teams of change experts across a raft of industry sectors. Her expertise extends into the far reaches of complex implementations including managing internal and external 3rd party stakeholders and offshore systems integrators. This work includes leading large scale Transformation and Change engagements across clients including: National Australia Bank, Bureau of Meteorology, Telstra, NBN, ATO, ANZ Bank.

Raechelle has extensive experience in end-to-end change and communications including both Waterfall and Lean/Agile approaches as well as all change management frameworks.

Comprehensive experience in dealing at the most senior executive levels across transformation for effective stakeholder management, organisational development and business transition skills, which in recent years has been complemented by certification in leadership coaching through Leadership Circle group.

Raechelle’s keen interest in cultivating change gleans results from engagement and analysis with critical path stakeholders at all levels to truly identify opportunities and resistance barriers within the given environment. Drawing from her skillset, Raechelle is able to actively create sense from complex business segments and work to providing tangible outputs of complex operating model design, development, implementations and integration.

Raechelle is accredited in PROSCI and APMG Change models, The Leadership Circle (TLC); Leadership Culture Survey (LCS); and is an active member in the Australian change community which includes being a host and/or MC for the annual CMI (Vic Chapter) Kudos dinner, to speaking events to share change effectiveness activities with networking partners such as the Silicon Block/MYOB Pitch Off and Evolution Business Systems Non-for-profit integration.

Jane Hollman

Jane is an accomplished Senior Human Resources Executive with over 20 years experience in various industries including Financial Services (Funds Mgt & Payments), Agriculture, Insurance and Professional Sport across Asia Pacific, Europe, and the US. She spent many years working for Citigroup in progressively senior roles before moving to the AFL to head up their HR Division and then moved to New York to work for American Express and MasterCard.

She has deep expertise and a passion for finding and managing great talent including designing succession plans and performance programs for the firms she has worked for and has a track record of building strong collaborative relationships with senior executives.

Jane's unique style has led her to be sought after to provide career advice and as an executive coach to leaders at every stage of their careers. She recently joined the advisory board for the HR degree at Deakin University and also provides regular career advice to women at all stages of their careers as a committee member of the US based Women in Sports and Events industry group.
