MIKE CAPONE
Corporate Vice President of Product Development and Chief Information Officer
Combining a unique blend of client-facing operational experience and strong technical knowledge, Mike Capone guides both product development and information technology as Corporate Vice President of Product Development & Chief Information Officer for ADP (Nasdaq: ADP), a leading provider of human capital management services and one of the world's largest providers of business process outsourcing solutions.
Under Mr. Capone's leadership as CVP & CIO, ADP has earned accolades for its technology leadership and innovations. For example, ADP was named to Forbes magazine's list of "The World's Most Innovative Companies" for 2013 and Computerworld's list of the "100 Best Places To Work In IT" for 2013, and was among the top 100 companies on the InformationWeek 500 for 2013 (we made the list, but were not top 100) - an annual list of the top business technology innovators in the United States.
Mr. Capone is a 25-year veteran of ADP and has held positions in product development, information technology, and operations. Prior to becoming CVP & CIO, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of ADP GlobalView, an award-winning multilingual, multicurrency human resources outsourcing solution. In this role, he led ADP's efforts to develop a global HR BPO business for large multi-national corporations in partnership with SAP. In addition to his day-to-day responsibilities, Mr. Capone is a trustee for ADP's charitable foundation and serves on the boards of several non-profit organizations.
ANNA CARSEN
Vice President, Product Management
Anna leads product management for ADP's Cloud Based Platform Services, User Experience, Social and Mobile products. Passionate about discovering business value through innovation and design, Anna is currently leading several initiatives in ADP's NYC based innovation lab. Anna has over 16 year's product management experience at ADP.
Prior to joining ADP, Anna held the position of Vice President of Development at Revelation Technologies, a San Francisco based start-up. She was responsible for the development of HR & Talent Management solutions. She was also a managing partner at MicroEdge, a provider of technology solutions and consulting services for corporate and private foundations.
Anna is a recent graduate of the ADP Executive Leadership program at Wharton Business School.
KEITH FULTON
Vice President, Enterprise Architecture & User Experience
Keith Fulton, Vice President, Enterprise Architecture & User Experience partners closely with business and R&D leaders across ADP to drive innovation, dramatically improve user experience and create an architecture and technology vision that enables agility and drives business success. Keith is responsible for directing the technology and architecture strategy of ADP products and solutions; he has influenced our strategic direction by aligning technology with the company's vision, goals and objectives in support of ADP's global lines of business.
Keith brings 22 years of experience in enterprise software development and architecture, with a solid record of success. His career began at Accenture, where he worked on large-scale custom application development projects. Keith moved on to run his own boutique consulting firm, specializing in Internet and eCommerce web companies. These projects culminated in his nomination for Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year award in Houston, Texas. Next, Keith became Chief Technology Officer of ChoicePay Corp., an electronic bill payment company. Most recently, he was VP, Enterprise Solutions at MoneyGram International, where he was head of all software development. During Keith's tenure, MoneyGram outgrew its industry three-fold due to innovative and agile solutions in consumer web and mobile, global point of sale software, and treasury/settlement systems.
