Noting the age old adage, "the one constant is change", Connie will share her experiences in dealing with personal and professional changes over the last several years and engage fellow WITI members in a discussion on how we adapt to changes in our lives and our industry to convert the unexpected into opportunity.

Connie Mella is the Director of the IT Program Management Office at Wyndham Vacation Ownership in Orlando, FL. Connie's IT career began by chance over 20 years ago with a work study assignment at the help desk in the computer lab at her university. From her days at that help desk, Connie's IT career has continued to focus on client service - including onsite support at the Environmental Protection Agency, implementing customized online learning initiatives at higher education institutions, and then growing up into project management to drive delivery to customers by leading a PMO.
