Heidi is currently Director of Agile Transformation at Tenable, a cyber-security firm based in Maryland. She trains and speaks at events and conferences worldwide and co-hosts a popular virtual meetup series for Agilists at www.coachingagilejourneys.com. Her forthcoming book is The Agile Open Practitioner: Growing High Performing Teams.
