According to Gallup, engaged employees are those who work with passion and feel a profound connection to their company. These are the employees who drive innovation and move the organization forward. Research shows that companies with engaged employees not only are happy at work, but outperform the competition in many ways, including productivity, sales, and profits. So how can we engage our people so they can do their best work? What are the key aspects that will make them show up happy and able to do their best work?
Heidi will lead an interactive session with attendees where she will delve into the factors that create an engaged workforce. At the end of the session, attendees will understand and have experienced some simple techniques to engage everyone in their organization.

With over 20 years of experience in a wide range of industries and roles in technology, Heidi brings a pragmatic approach to her work. She collaborates with leaders and teams to create more responsive, effective, and resilient teams with engaged employees. Her passion is helping organizations harness the creativity and innovation of their people.
Heidi is currently Director of Agile Transformation at Tenable, a cyber-security firm based in Maryland. She trains and speaks at events and conferences worldwide and co-hosts a popular virtual meetup series for Agilists at www.coachingagilejourneys.com. Her forthcoming book is The Agile Open Practitioner: Growing High Performing Teams.
