Over the years, Karen has led critical research in areas such as executive relationship management, leadership development, value management, and organization development. Karen co-authored The CIO Edge: 7 Leadership Skills You Need to Drive Results and has been a repeat panelist for the CIO 100 and CIO Innovation Awards.

She has spent more than 25 years in the technology industry, managed IT organizations in Fortune 500 companies, has an M.B.A. from Old Dominion University, and graduated from Arizona State University with a B.S. in computer information systems.
