Lana L. Webb is a technology leader with over 25 years of experience. Her current role is Senior Vice President for Technology Governance, Application Build and Support at Western Alliance Bank in Phoenix, AZ. Previously she was with GE Capital for 16 years holding many different positions, from Senior Initiatives Leader with responsibilities ranging from analyzing technology contracts for divestiture activity, process simplification, coaching and mentoring teams and ensuring compliance. In prior roles at GE Capital she has been the CIO of the Franchise Finance P&L, Process and initiatives Leader on the infrastructure team, and a Senior Systems Analyst at NBC. In life prior to GE, Lana held positions in an array of businesses from start-ups to software vendors.

In addition to her formal responsibilities Lana coaches process simplification, ITIL, Agile and is on the WITI advisory board for the Phoenix region.

Lana earned her bachelor’s degree for Business from Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa, Idaho.
