Glenda Lopez, leads Policy Management and industry benchmarking at Aetna. Within this role she manages the governance over Aetna's policies and controls ensuring they are properly approved and communicated to reduce company risk. Glenda's role expands to orchestrating key control testing across Aetna's 14 affiliates confirming control owners are validating that the security controls are working. Prior to joining Aetna, Glenda was the Vice President of System/Data Security for Bank of America managing access for the consumer banking centers encompassing over 3,000 banking centers. She managed an international team in Costa Rica and India, building out automated solutions for access provisioning. She led the automation and design of role based access by streamlining access roles and less human intervention.

Glenda has over ten years of experience in information risk management and information security. She maintains certifications in CTPRP and vBSIMM.
