As a Professional Coach, Kathy specializes in helping people through career and life transitions. With over twenty years of top producing coaching, career counseling, recruiting, sales, and marketing experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her clients. She works with individuals in one-on-one and group settings, in addition to leading workshops and teaching teleclasses. Several of her recent classes include: “Exploring Your Life Purpose,” “Creating A Mission Statement For Your Life,” “Strategies to Successfully Achieve Your Goals,” and “Laying the Foundation for Explosive Growth In Your Life & Business.” Her personal mission is to “help people connect with their life’s purpose and to then live lives that honor it.”

Kathy graduated Magna Cum Laude from Northeastern University in Boston, with a BS in Business Administration. She was a top sales producer for several Fortune 100 firms in the Information Technology industry, selling hardware, software, and professional services to clients in the Washington, DC area. She was voted “Outstanding Young Woman of America” in 1982. Every year that she was in sales, Kathy was awarded membership in the “President’s Club” and received recognition trips around the world.

Realizing that her life’s purpose was to help people, she opened and managed a highly successful executive search firm that provided career counseling and recruiting services for individuals and companies in the technology industry. Her passion for helping people grew, and she now focuses exclusively on coaching individuals through career and life transitions. Her coaching clients are located all across the country.

Kathy was a featured speaker at WITI’s 2005 National Conference in Los Angeles and will be speaking at WITI’s upcoming “Taking The Lead…. In The Digital Age” conference in Silicon Valley.

Felicia has worked in various capacities for a number of corporations in the Research Triangle Park, NC area.

Felicia is the Regional Vice President for Women In Technology International (WITI). Her region covers North Carolina, Virginia, and Washington, DC. In addition to her love for technology, her interests include working with middle school and high school youth and investing in the stock market.

Felicia’s mission is to lead, counsel and affirm people in order to help them achieve financial and emotional security.
