Pat Nathan, a native of eastern North Carolina, was introduced to the Dress for Success model during an expatriate assignment in Europe. Years later she returned to the Triangle and was very concerned with the socio-economic disparity she saw. She made a personal commitment to bring this program to women in the Triangle - to affect a change - in her own backyard. Today, she serves as the organization's Founder and President. Ms. Nathan serves on the international board of Dress for Success, the board of the Triangle Community Foundation and has received numerous awards including the Triangle Business Journal's most influential "Women in Business" class of 2012.

Tracee Rodgers is the Personal Stylist Manager at Nordstrom, Streets At Southpoint Mall, in Durham North Carolina. Tracee started her career with Nordstrom in 2006. In the past 4 years she has managed four different departments before stepping into her role as the Personal Stylist Manager. Tracee has one goal everyday; to improve customer service and has a team of 12 stylists that are dispersed throughout the store. They are up to date on all of the recent trends of the season and will dress you from head to toe.
