Kelly El Hayani

Kelly El Hayani joined Nielsen in August, 2010. Currently, as a Technical Product Owner, she oversees the strategic alignment and technical development related to the Nielsen TVBE product. Mrs. El Hayani has most recently completed the Agile SAFe Product Owner certification and holds several additional certifications including ITIL Expert, PMP and Agile Scrum Master. Kelly is a driven, focused, resilient leader with over 15 years experience in senior enterprise roles across several industries.

A Change leader with proven capacity to influence and manage change across all levels and demonstrated success improving product quality for the customer. Prior to joining Nielsen, Kelly worked at Wells Fargo, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Michigan and Ford Motor Company. She holds a Master's of Science in Information Technology from Aspen University and Bachelor's of Science from the University of Michigan. Kelly is active in several charities and is also a little league coach.
