For more than 25 years, Donna Ceriani has held senior management roles leading teams across the U.S., Europe and Asia in the financial services, health care and technology industries. She is most often recognized for her talent in bringing out the best in teams, inspiring them and helping them come together to accomplish something great.

Leading transformational initiatives and pursuing new ventures has always been a thrilling challenge for Donna. Whether it was offshoring global client support, implementing new companywide systems, creating bench strength across the Asia region to prepare for revenue growth or preparing the company for unanticipated business disruptions, she has always tackled each new initiative with extraordinary positive energy and enthusiasm while achieving successful results.

A recent example of this is her contribution at SmartBear Software as the Chief People Officer where she led the initiative to establish a new company culture, workplace values and programs to increase employee engagement. Within less than two years, SmartBear earned recognition as a "Best Place to Work" in both the Boston Globe survey and GlassDoor.com.

Donna has also led organizations within Omgeo LLC, State Street Corporation, Digital Equipment Corporation and UMass Medical Center with positions including: Executive Director of Client Operations, Vice President of Global Network & Computing Services, Senior Manager of IT, and Director of Computer Services.

To support her clients, she leverages a vast leadership toolkit developed over the course of her career including certifications in professional coaching, Myers-Briggs personality type, emotional intelligence, change management and personal branding.

She has a Bachelor's degree in both accounting and information systems, has lived in Boston, Manhattan, France and Singapore, traveled to 32 countries and is always counting the days until her next travel adventure.
