Dave Weiss is currently the SVP of Product Management and CTO at BabyCenter. In that capacity, he leads all aspects of product strategy and technical operations for the #1 pregnancy and parenting destination worldwide. During Dave�s tenure, BabyCenter has seen tremendous growth in global reach, natural search referrals, and mobile engagement.

Dave is a unique blend of practiced technologist and consumer advocate. He is a strong leader, operator, and executor. Shelley Klop

Shelley Klop is the Chief Data Architect at BabyCenter, responsible for all aspects of BabyCenter's global data infrastructure. Shelley has extensive experience building, scaling and tuning MySQL and Oracle based web infrastructures as well as data warehouse and analytics systems. Shelley is also an experienced software developer, capable of coding in several popular languages including Python and PHP. More recently, Shelley has focused her attention on machine learning, building numerous internal services providing spam detection, sentiment analysis and other data analysis systems.

Beth Sordi

Beth Sordi is Director of Product at BabyCenter where she is responsible for its international and social sites. With over fifteen years experience in delivering successful health websites and product management programs, Beth is passionate about guiding teams in building user-centered products that help people better manage their health. Previous work experience includes companies like John Muir Health, Kaiser Permanente and Accenture.

Tom Alessi

Tom Alessi is a senior technology leader with over 15 years of experience working in the Silicon Valley Internet industry. He has extensive experience managing the infrastructure, systems and people required to support highly trafficked, consumer oriented web sites. Tom is also an accomplished data privacy and security professional with experience in a broad range of legal and regulatory areas relating to corporate and consumer data protection. He also has an interest in open source software development and has started and maintains several open source projects relating to website performance and instrumentation. Tom's educational background includes a masters degree in Information Systems as well as numerous industry certifications/credentials.

Annette Tisdale

Annette Tisdale is an Engineering Manager at BabyCenter currently leading the US Content site team. She holds a degree in Product Design and has eighteen years experience working with technologies including Java, Php, JSP and Javascript to produce websites for companies such as HP, Wells Fargo and CBS Showtime.

Annette is committed to finding the balance between great product design and excellent technical implementation.
