Realizing that a tech-enabled solution was the most efficient way to collaborate on complex concepts, she joined Bridge, a company that offers innovative solutions to simplify the immigration process. As their Director of Client Services, she uses a client-driven approach to push the boundaries on how immigration services should support their clients through transparency, education, and proactive strategy. In her free time, (and pre-COVID), Sara enjoyed Chicago's restaurant scene and traveling, but now spends her time cooking new recipes, learning Italian, and braving the winter weather with her husband and pups.

Growing up as a child of immigrants, Pawan has personally seen her family and friends struggle with immigration issues. These experiences led her to pursue a career in immigration. Prior to joining Netflix, she worked as an Immigration Specialist at Uber, where she confronted issues individuals faced when anticipating approvals, the fear they experienced when receiving requests for further evidence to prove they deserved the jobs they were offered, and ultimately the disappointment and helplessness that came with a denial. Pawan believes that immigration should no longer be treated as a troublesome and undesirable situation that people are afraid to engage with. This led Pawan to become a Co-Lead for the Dream@ Employee Resource Group for immigrant employees at Netflix and works towards actively and openly criticizing, fixing and celebrating immigration and the immigration process, where she can.
