Susan D. Conway is currently an Enterprise Strategy Director responsible for Productivity and Business Intelligence IP development. Susan's team of architects develop insightful IP for the Microsoft EA program in the areas of productivity improvement, Big Data, BI & KM. As a Strategy and Solutions Architect her work included development reference architecture for our customers in BI, papers topics such as Big Data, measurement and valuation of information work, online communities of practice and knowledge management in the commercial and public sector. In addition to her many accomplishments, Susan completed her Bachelors and Masters degree at Cal State University and has a Ph.D. in technical training with a specialty in workforce assessment. Her industry leading work in skills management and assessment was quoted in CIO Magazine as early as 1/15/97, “The Skills that Thrill”. She recently published the Essentials of Enterprise Compliance (October, 2008) and The Think Factory (January, 2007) highlighting her recent work on measuring and structuring information work. Her previous book, Unlocking Knowledge Assets, (Feb 2002, ) documented Microsoft’s evolution of knowledge management and she is a contributing author to US The Handbook on Knowledge Management, edited by Clyde W. Holsapple (August 2002).


Hilary Feier is Sr. Director for the Global Systems Integrator Channel at Tableau Software, the fastest growing Business Intelligence (BI) software company. Prior to joining Tableau Hilary spent the last 18 years in professional services delivering BI solutions to clients in a variety of industries. Most recently Hilary Feier was Sr. Vice President at Hitachi Consulting managing the BI Practice in Seattle and national Microsoft BI Practice.


Reena Agarwal is Principal Development Manager for Bing, Microsoft's search business. She is responsible for leading Bing's efforts on structured data. During her sixteen year career at Microsoft, Reena has worked on Bing and Windows in various teams and roles, always with a passion for pushing the boundaries of the current state of the art by delivering innovative software that brings lasting business and customer value. She has a wide range of experiences in delivering high impact software applicable to the spectrum of shrink-wrapped and services engineering. Reena's current interests are in building structured data sets that encapsulate knowledge; and metrics that tell the story on user-perceived quality and then generating those metrics from Big Data mining and analysis. She is currently building a team of highly capable engineers with exceptional analytical skills and creative minds to build structured data and metrics. The team is on the cutting edge of leveraging existing know how and building new ones in Data Mining and Analysis.
