Bio of Michael Neuendorff, President and Owner, The Growth Coach:

Michael Neuendorff lives to serve the citizens of San Mateo County professionally and personally. In a professional capacity Michael provides coaching and marketing consulting services to business owners, their key managers and independent professionals to take their businesses to new levels of success. Personally Michael serves the community through his involvement with Junior Achievement and the Rotary Club of Foster City.

Michael brings to the table 15 years of sales and marketing experience; extensive team building and leadership experience; teaching, training and mentoring experience and a proven ability to think creatively and listen deeply.

Prior to becoming the owner of The Growth Coach, Michael was a marketing director at Oracle Corporation, and an assistant manager of direct marketing at Softbank Forums. Michael has also been a top inside sales manager and a private English instructor.

Michael has an Advertising degree from Arizona State University and has completed post-graduate marketing, negotiation and organizational behavior coursework through Heriot-Watt University of Edinburgh, Scotland.

Bio of Bob Maxwell, Consultant:

Bob Maxwell has been engaged in knowledge work for more than 30 years. He’s managed global consulting teams in Saudi Arabia for Andersen Consulting, the Apple Computer Y2K initiative for KPMG and implementations of Sun HW, SW and consulting for Fortune 500 financial services firms. Bob was caught in the rightsizing movement at Sun in the last recession. Since then Bob has applied himself with full vigor to the Bay Area retail economy. Bob found that he can apply what he learned working at IBM, Andersen Consulting, KPMG and Sun to a retail environment with great success. Work may change, but the quest for results remains.

Bob holds a BA in Industrial Psychology with great distinction from San Jose State and an MBA from the University of Phoenix with highest honors. He lives in Foster City, CA with his lovely wife, Patricia.
