As the VP of Recruiting & Strategy, I bring to the role more than 20 years' experience in recruiting and staff augmentation, specializing in technology and healthcare technology, specifically in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) space. My primary role is to oversee the recruiting functions and develop processes and review and update growth forecasts.
I lead efforts to effectively manage client resources, contractors, and third party providers while defining strategies to develop and refine service offerings, revenue opportunities and the resources required to deliver those services.
In the end, it's all about client satisfaction and putting in place the processes to measure performance and anticipate needs.
My role also includes client and relationship management and business development. Responsible for further enhancing existing industry partnerships and services while working to establish new relationships that support The Mice Groups clients' needs and growth.
Janet Tsai, PMP
Janet Tsai is a detailed-oriented team leader who is passionate about team building and employee development. A trusted advisor, coach, and mentor, she advocates positive thinking, and she champions and raises awareness in support of diversity and inclusion.
Within her 18+ years of working in the aerospace industry, Janet has performed in various roles from Security Administrator, IT technical support, project management, and IT business process and planning, staffing, training, incident management, and to managing IT Special Projects. She also serves as the chairperson for the Employee Resource Group Council (ERG) supporting 11+ ERGs. She is a frequent guest speaker and trainer for a variety of different groups. ERG awarded her as 2013 Woman-of-the-Year.
A graduate with honors, Janet holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from University of California at Irvine. Janet is also certified in A+ PC Technician, HP Warranty Administrator, HP Warranty Technician, Project Management Professional (PMP), and Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
Karen Cornwell is the foremost authority on product development and product management for customized engineering services. Karen specializes in strategic Product Management, Marketing, and Business Development with an emphasis on entering new markets, creating new services, and expanding the pie beyond the sum of the parts. She loves to work across business boundaries and get multi-functional groups to create strategies that turn market opportunities into product vision and market growth driven by a relentless focus on customer needs. Karen has helped teams to deliver customer centric products along with the tools needed to maximize product value in the eyes of the customer while inspiring and leading global teams to exceed individual and corporate objectives.

She is Microsoft and Cisco certified professional with academic excellence and proven record of professional work experience. She is a management consulting professional at KPMG with several years of diverse technical and business experience serving Fortune 100 client engagements with focus in Technology enablement, and Data & Analytics services.
She is multilingual and her knowledge and experience also includes strategically aligning IT with business goals helping to create opportunities that facilitate change, drive profitability and delivery of quality products. She has been an active member of KPMG Network of Women at her workplace and is passionate about technology and encourages women to embrace challenging and rewarding roles in the technology industry. Additionally, Helay serves at the leadership board for the TDWI Silicon Valley Chapter and stays up to date with trends in Data space.
Aside from her corporate and professional association work, Helay is active in pursuing healthy lifestyle, philanthropy activities and big advocate of promoting literacy and giving back to community.
Dada Nabhaniilananda (The Monk Dude)
Dada is a yoga monk, a meditation instructor, an author, a keynote speaker and a musician. Born in New Zealand, he was ordained as a monk in India in 1979. Dada has performed and spoken in more than 40 countries, including in Brazil in 1992 where he appeared on stage with the Dalai Lama before 10,000 people. His book on meditation, Close Your Eyes & Open Your Mind, is available in twelve languages. Dada has taught meditation at UC Berkeley, California, and speaks on mindfulness and creativity at corporations including TEDx, NVIDIA, LAM Research, Google, CISCO and Facebook.

Sue Steinfeld is a Leadership and Business Success Coach, supporting leaders and entrepreneurs to increase their impact. She works collaboratively with clients in the areas of leadership development, relationships, increasing clarity, goal setting, and strategy. Ms. Steinfeld supports clients to lead from a place which honors their values and personal mission. She brings 16 years of experience leading teams for Whole Foods Market, Northern CA as the Director of Technology & Director of Learning and Development. Her education includes an M.A. in Psychology from Boston College; as well, she is a Certified Coach through Coach Training Institute (CTI).
Grew up in the DC area and graduated from Virginia Tech in 2011. She has supported HR and staffing initiatives in government defense and healthcare before joining Randstad in February of this year
Jerrica Nicolas is a sales professional in the thriving tech industry. She is currently an Account Executive at Randstad Technologies. Her number one goal is to align the needs of clients to the right candidates and services. Before Randstad, Jerrica sourced net new customers at GoodData, an analytics distribution platform. Prior GoodData, she launched marketing campaigns, managed proposal teams and accounts at DeVine Consulting, and IT consulting company supporting the government sector. Jerrica graduated from San Jose State with a Bachelors in Public Relations and a minor in Women's Studies.

Anna Paderna has over 15 years of Human Resources experience, much of it in the Silicon Valley. Her HR roots started at a top international law firm. Since then she's established HR at hi-tech startups, ramped up high-growth organizations, and been through mergers and acquisitions. She is currently Human Resources leader at the Electronics Research Lab, an R&D site where autonomous vehicles and other electronic innovations are being developed. Here, she strives to strike a balance between the two very diverse cultures of high tech Silicon Valley and the #1 automaker in the world.
