Please join the South Florida WITI group for a special event! We are hosting an open forum where you'll be able to get your questions answered and engage in conversation with four of South Florida's most influential and successful Women in Technology. These women come from various technical backgrounds and cover a broad range of industries, from retail to biotechnology. Hear from these women IT leaders about their lessons learned on the road to leadership, their success strategies, and their philosophies on striking the work/life balance. You're sure to benefit from this unique WITI South Florida event.

Not only do these women have a wealth of experience to share, but they can also provide guidance on the doing-it-all challenge women today face.

About our speakers:

Marnie Barrett, Vice President and CIO of Levenger, will share insights based not only on her 25 years of experience, but also on how she is currently orchestrating an evolutionary transformation of a catalog business into a nationally recognized retail and internet merchant; while under extraordinary budgetary constraints. With a degree in English, not technology, Marnie will share her interesting journey to a position of leadership in the technology field.

Sheila Ravindran is a Director of Information Technology at AutoNation, Inc., America's largest automotive retailer. A Fortune 100 company, AutoNation employs approximately 31,000 people and owns and operates 368 automotive retail franchises in 17 states. Sheila will share how she leveraged her 'Big 6' consulting background in her leadership journey and how she has balanced being a mother of a toddler with the demands of her position.

Regina Santarcangelo, PMP, is president and CEO of SoftKey, Inc., a technology project management training and consulting firm. Regina will bring her unique perspective on her experiences in information technology, business and project process reengineering, software application development, financial systems, travel reservation systems and project management offices. She will discuss the lessons learned of starting up a business in technology and the challenges it brings.

Sheila Beauchesne is currently Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer at Bluegreen Corporation, one of the leading companies engaged in the acquisition, development, marketing and sale of vacation ownership resorts and residential home sites. Ms. Beauchesne will share her experience as relates to IT infrastructure and application systems, as well as the development of database technology and advanced marketing solutions. In addition to her experience with Bluegreen Corp, she spent four years as SVP, Chief Information Officer at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc and two years at AutoNation as VP of IT for the North American Rental Group.
