Andrew J. Tabone
Andrew is the founding principal of AJT - IT Talent & Vendor Management Advisory Group, LLC. a managed service provider (MSP) and strategic partner to the IT industry. The advisory group provides businesses best in class vendor management performance assessments in a vendor neutral b2b space for procuring and managing staffing services, as well as IT contingent labor, to improve source-to-cycle performance metrics and IT contingent labor spend. Previously, Andrew held the position of Manager, IT Recruitment, Career Development & Vendor Relations in the Information Systems department at Carnival Cruise Lines, a Fortune 500 company, where he was responsible for strategic sourcing, on-boarding and retention initiatives that included contingent and full-time IT talent, and IT vendor relations. He served with Carnival for more than 15 years and built the technical team from 78 to more than 400 people.
Andrew earned a bachelor's degree in accounting at Syracuse University and held positions in public accounting, international banking and executive retained search prior to joining Carnival. He has consistently been a strong supporter of improving public school education in Miami Dade County, and nationally. He has served in leadership roles on advisory boards for the National Academy Foundation's STEM program, and Miami Dade College.

Currently, Andrew is a board director for the South Florida Technology Alliance.
