Anoja Obeyesekere

Anoja Obeyesekere, is a senior management professional with over 20 years of experience and an established record of creating superior results in a variety of challenging and multicultural environments in the International Telecom/Technology sector. A Lawyer turned Technology Business Professional, she excels in both start-up and mature corporate environments. She held concurrent positions of Chief Corporate Officer and CEO of Dialog Global, (the International Business Segment) of Dialog Axiata PLC of Sri Lanka and is a past Chair of GSMA Asia Pacific 2007/2009, the Regional Interest Groups of the GSM Association. After 13 years at Dialog she stepped down in December, 2009 and her proven expertise in International Telecom Business ensured that she was much sought after as an independent Advisor in the Telecom/Technology arena by established entities in South Asia and the Asia Pacific.

In 2010 she was instrumental in launching Telebiz International (www.telebizint.com) an international wholesale telecom carrier as its Founder. Inspired by the success of setting up Telebiz as a startup, in 2016 she ventured into the development of Nirogee, an innovative Digital Healthcare Platform to facilitate patient empowerment through the automation of mandatory and core processes related to patient care into an amalgamated eco-system.

Anoja is an alumni of the US State Department/FORTUNE International Women Leaders Mentoring Program. and apart from her advisory work, presently she mentors eDoctor Consultations (Pvt) Ltd (www.mydoctor.lk) a startup digital healthcare solution provider in Sri Lanka as its honorary Chair of the Board.
