Technology people talk about profound change, but it's usually around communications, social, mobile and how it affects business. The work of Dr. Bob Reck required him to be a futurist - looking even a hundred years forward. Join us as Dr. Reck explores a future based on ‘extremely’ rapid, nonlinear change - places where science and technology are advancing at an increasingly exponential rate. What are some of the changes, and how will they affect business and life?

Dr. Reck holds liberal arts and engineering degrees with a doctorate in engineering. Most of his jobs required him to be a futurist - looking not five or ten years into the future, but twenty, fifty, or even a hundred years forward. He's worked as consultant and coach, usually to those going through high velocity change - or trying to make it happen.
Bob has taught change management and advanced technology courses at Harvard, Babson, and Boston Universities, and remains a student in these areas. Click here for more information on Dr. Reck:
