Jane Barr is CEO of Kinnexion (sounds like connection) and a certified Energy Leadership Coach.
For 30 years Jane has consulted with national retailers such as CVS, GAP and Vera Bradley with oversight responsibility for business and system re-engineering projects including system selection and implementation. Jane knows what it takes to deliver a project on time and on budget, to build strong teams and to generate add-on consulting business worth millions of dollars.
She has also experienced firsthand the isolation, frustration and rejection often associated with working in what is (mostly) a male dominated industry. It is Jane’s personal mission to help women overcome these barriers so they can enjoy a long and successful career in technology and in turn help to reverse the trend of women leaving the technology field.
Jane’s coaching certifications include: iPEC Energy Leadership, High Power Presentations, Relationship Savvy, Dale Carnegie Leadership and Communications, and Perfect Customers.
