is a transformational IT professional with more than ten years of experience in telecoms, IP networks, technical sales, IT solutions, infrastructure design, consulting, and customer experience . She uses numerous telecoms technologies, including satellite, microwave, fiber optics, and SIM, to create cutting-edge connectivity solutions that has helped her country greatly, she is a graduate of Computer science (BSc.) . Mini MBA Telecoms and Mini MBA Digital Innovation. She has also earned several relevant industry certifications.
Tinuade is the Head of Networks and Solutions at Information Connectivity Solutions Limited (ICSL) , a premium ISP and Technology company in Nigeria, Her work includes, among other things, machine-to-machine communications , GSM backhauling via satellite in rural communities and hard to get settlements, Federal and State-wide WAN connectivity. She partners with several international Original Equipment Manufacturers(OEMs) to deliver bespoke terrestrial and non-terrestrial network solutions.
Through mentorship, support groups, local & global industry speaking engagements, and other social impact activities , She imparts her knowledge and encourages women and girls who are interested in STEM fields.
Tinuade, was awarded "Promoter of ICT Development in Nigeria," by Titan of Tech , “African Woman Tech Leadership” by Women In Africa , Inspringfifty Africa in Tech by EQL:HER , Shortlisted as Female Innovator of the Year(2023) by Africa Tech festival , Connectivity Champion by EBusinessLife and several industry recognitions.
She is a member of the Nigerian Chapter of the Internet Society , Project Management Institute and has carried out over 30 network infrastructure projects in more than 12 sectors �" Government , Education, Financial Institutions etc.
