About Our Speaker(s)

Regina Perata holds a Masters Degree (abd) in Marriage and Family Therapy. She works intensively with all of her clients, using a number of tools that allow for creativity, flexibility and a huge acceleration of the learning process. What makes Regina’s offer unique is her ability to draw from the discourses of communication training, psychology, systems training, somatic coaching and her recent years of corporate work in strategic sales with C-Level leaders.

She uses her learning to present clients with a range of tools and a capacity to see breakdowns from many vantage points giving accelerated access to breakthroughs. Regina works with individuals and teams in the domains of life design, leadership, mastery, team building, sales and business development. Regina is able to provide opportunities for growth that are powerful and compelling: clients' dissatisfaction in all domains of life can be leveraged to facilitate growth, increase effectiveness, promote new interpretations, and create positive and lasting change.

Regina volunteers for two non-profit boards of directors and reads to first graders weekly through the Portland SMART (Start Making A Reader Today) program. Regina also sits on the Advisory board for the Portland Female Executives (PDXfX) www.pdxfx.org.
