In addition to making new contacts, this unique networking event also provides a forum to learn more about Portland’s Chapter of Women In Technology International.

This month's networking event features a 15-30 minute mini-workshop. Presented by Dayna Cakebread, entrepreneur and innovator, the workshop will cover ideas for creating and expressing your personal and professional image that says what you want it to and expresses who you are. Through the workshop, Dayna will help you learn what your professional image says about you. Are you organized? Confident? Creative? Intelligent?

The evening will include complimentary appetizers, including homemade Italian gelato, mini panini sandwiches and salad. There will also be a no-host bar available. This mixer will provide a fun, informal occasion to create new business contacts, find possible sales prospects, look for future employment, or learn something new about your professional image.

Dayna has developed a unique system for empowering clients to communicate their experiences and decsribe how they want to look and feel. Parking is available at the Whole Foods parking garage, which can be accessed on 13th street between Couch and Davis. This also happens to be across the street from Storables.
