Reut Schwartz Hebron, Founder KeyChange Institute (www.KeyChangeNow.com) is an experienced organizational change consultant with an expertise in implicit neural learning. Reut’s forte is in designing and facilitating long term effective corporate and team change. The principles of Reut’s trademarked models were tested and applied for the last 12 years in international Fortune 500 corporations like Avaya, Intel, GSK, and other world leading companies achieving effective long term desired results.
Reut started her career at the rank of a lieutenant commander working with elite training teams in the Israeli military. Her background is in Physics, Psychology and Business. She was the first woman consultant to be offered prestigious field position with a combat unit. For the last ten years Reut specialized in neural based change, developing unique patented tools and solutions for lasting effective change in organizations. Among other tools, Reut developed the B.D.R.I.D Model®, KCI's Solution AssessmentTM tool and other models for facilitating change through implicit memory. She is a published author as well as a radio and TV guest expert.
