About Our Speaker(s)

Kristen J. Hafner is the founder, president, and top financial planner for women of Financial Moxie. She is dedicated to developing trustworthy relationships and uses her 14 years of financial industry experience to create comprehensive strategies for her clients, helping them to build financial confidence. Kristen earned a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and business management from the University California Irvine and a Master of Business Administration from California State University, Northridge. She currently holds FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 licenses in addition to being a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner.

Before devoting much of her professional time to her financial clients, Kristen owned and operated a legal documentation preparations franchise for over 10 years. She was the youngest person in the history of the company to successfully grow and develop a franchise territory and was continually recognized for providing superior customer service, which she passes on to her clients today. She has built a distinguished clientele that consists of individuals and small business owners who focus on enhancing the financial well-being of women, families, and small businesses.

Kristen is an established resident of Simi Valley, California. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering with Girl Scouts of America; coaching youth Tee Ball, softball, and basketball; teaching art; and spending time with her husband Mike and their two children. She is also a member of SIS, a professional women’s group, as well as the Association of Women Entrepreneurs, Provisors, and Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. Women’s Council.
