Pynchon has more than 25 years of commercial litigation and trial experience, a legal Master’s Degree from the world-famous Straus Institute and ten years of experience speaking and writing about mutual-benefit negotiation strategy and tactics. Her two books, The Grownups’ ABCs of Conflict Resolution and Success as a Mediator for Dummies will be followed this year by Get What You Want: Negotiation Scripts for Everyday Life.
