Ester Frey is Vice President, Technology Staffing Services of Robert Half Technology, a leading specialized staffing firm providing information technology (IT) professionals on a project and full-time basis. Frey has 18 years' of experience in recruiting, staffing and sales management, and in her current role, she assists in the management of Robert Half Technology teams across the United States and Canada. The firm places IT professionals for initiatives ranging from web development and multiplatform systems integration to network security and technical support. Prior to this role, she was a regional manager for Robert Half Technology, overseeing branch offices throughout the Pacific Northwest. Prior to joining Robert Half, she worked in healthcare recruiting and ecommerce sales and sales management.

Frey is a frequently quoted expert on employment trends in the IT field, and has been featured in various publication and broadcast outlets. She received a bachelor's of arts degree in political science and Scandinavian studies from the University of Washington.
