Pattie started her career in financial services with two large banks where she progressed to be the Vice President of Customer and People Excellence. She transformed the company into the sales and service leader in the industry and improved the bank's customer satisfaction from last place to first place in eighteen months.
Pattie left the world of banking to start her own organizational effectiveness and training company. Her clients include The Los Angeles Times, Mattel Toys, First Interstate Bank, Capital Group, Intel, HP, State of Washington, and many others. Pattie empowers leaders and teams to soar and to manage their careers and lives with authenticity and purpose.
Pattie joined Microsoft in 1998 to lead the companies Enterprise and Small, Medium Business groups to become a more customer-centric and sales excellence organization. She worked in the sales, product, and partner divisions. Pattie left Microsoft in 2012 and restarted her organizational development, leadership, and team effectiveness company, Advantage Training, Ltd.
Pattie is the author of "Quiet Women Never Changed History - Be Strong, Stand Up and Stand Out" with the subtitle "Let's Go Kick Some Glass." Her book is dedicated to empowering women to live their best lives and be the best leaders they can be in any endeavor they choose. She also hosts a radio show called "Women Kicking Glass" which is the only radio show on OC Talk Radio by women, for women and about issues women care about such as career development, personal development, and social issues.
