Net Worth Part I: Negotiating Compensation

Presenter: Michele Rufus, Nevel Edge Diversity Search

"I do not demand equal pay for any women save those who do equal work in value. Scorn to be coddled by your employers; make them understand that you are in their service as workers, not as women."
- Susan B. Anthony

Have you ever had 1 or more of the following thoughts during a time to negotiate compensation?

- "I don't want to appear greedy!"

If so, you need help.
