Kelley Ashby is an independent trainer, consultant, and coach who develops and delivers customized training and consultation services focused on helping organizations develop and enhance the competencies and leadership talents of professional staff and students. She has worked with high schools, colleges and universities, manufacturers, information technology units, career centers, insurance and financial advising companies, the Iowa Board of Regents, entrepreneurs and small business owners, and mid- and upper-level leaders and managers in the Executive Leadership Academy – Higher Education at the University of Iowa, Leadership Mahoning Valley in Ohio, and Leadership Shenango Valley in Pennsylvania. She specializes in developing and delivering customized training and business consultation services focused on "Multiple Generations in the Workplace" and "Emotional Intelligence." Kelley is a certified Genos International Emotional Intelligence Practitioner and helps individuals improve their "EI" - a skill that will be required in all positions by 2020 - and works closely with organizations to create workplace cultures where employees thrive.
Kelley's goal is to help individuals succeed and organizations achieve their goals by improving employees' skills, creating positive work cultures, and Increasing employee engagement.
