Renee Zaugg is the Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Otis Worldwide Corporation. She is responsible for Enterprise Systems and Services such as Global Business Systems, IoT and Mobility programs, New Equipment programs, Infrastructure and Enterprise Architecture. In addition, she serves as the Executive Sponsor for the Women In Technology Forum as well as the Digital Technology (DT) Energy Board employee engagement groups.

Prior to joining Otis, Renee served as Senior Vice President, Enterprise Infrastructure and Cloud Services at CVS Health, a Fortune 5 company. She focused on the implementation of digital technologies to successfully drive competitive advantages and systems engagement. She has considerable experience in global technology delivery, infrastructure services, cloud solutions, digital transformation, vendor management and technology leadership. She also has a strong understanding of the relationships between technology and business strategy.

Renee is a member of several business advisory boards including the National Association of Female Executives Advisory Board and the Microsoft Services Advisory Board. She has taught at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
