Moderator: Arya Murali is an experienced program management and technical sales professional who cares deeply about education, inclusion, and entrepreneurship. She built a community of 1000+ women in tech as the lead for Google Women Techmakers, Cochin; and impacted 5000+ young women in tech through programs such as the Women in Tech Learning program (wit.rethinkfoundation.in). Arya also brings in a wealth of partnership experience with corporates and non-profit organizations such as Google, AnitaB India, Muthoot Foundation, and Palo Alto Networks. Arya is an engineer by education, as well as a TEDx speaker, Jagriti Yatri, and one of the 18 young women to receive the prestigious WeTech Qualcomm Global Scholarship.

Dimple Beck is currently the Industry Advisory Consultant (Media and Entertainment) with Tata Consultancy Services. A multi-talented person, Dimple has played diverse roles as a domain specialist, briefing professional, brand manager, chairperson of women in technology, service delivery manager, customer relationship manager, and an enabler in the work environment. Her attitude of continual improvement and value addition for clients makes her an exceptional manager and diversity and inclusion leader.

Uma Kasoji is the Cofounder of The Star In Me, and also serves on the Board of Governors at Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode, her alma mater. Uma's passion for inclusion and bridging the gap between workforce and leadership roles led her to put her entrepreneurial skills and 17 years of experience in corporate management to create The Star In Me, an exclusive career advancement platform for women and a diversity partner for organizations.

Rituparna Mandal is currently the General Manager at Mediatek Bangalore Private Ltd. Having graduated from the prestigious Jadavpur University, Ritu recently completed 23 years in the semiconductor sector. From joining one of the biggest names in the industry (Texas Instruments) right out of college, to having founded Immensa Semiconductors, which was acquired by Mediatek, and now donning the hat of Director, Advanced CPU and Foundation IP Technology, Ritu has done it all.

Kavitha Rajamani is the Chief Architect, Product Engineering, SAP. With 16+ years of experience in various SAP applications, Kavitha has a strong technical understanding of Big Data Analytics, Machine Learning, HANA, Predictive Analysis, In memory Technology and ABAP. She has designed and delivered several cloud solutions for SAP customers and also mentored budding Architects at SAP.
