Before joining Citizens in 2018, Kelly spent 7 years at IGT, holding various roles in Technology. Upon joining the bank, Kelly joined the Human Resources team, supporting Technology, Cyber, and Data. Kelly has spent the last 2 years partnering with the Technology leadership team on designing HR solutions in support of the NeXt Gen transformation.

HopeRose is a recent graduate from the University of Rhode Island who has been working with Citizens for the past year supporting the Engineering Academy, teaching and helping to upskill others in new technologies and methodologies by serving as the Program Manager and Scrum Master for the team.


* Jamie Mitcheson, Chief Architect, Citizens Bank
Jamie joined citizens in 2017 as Chief Architect.  Prior to joining Citizens, Jamie spent 6 years at CVS Health, as the Director of IT Innovation & Enterprise Architecture.  Since joining Citizens, Jamie has been one of the key leaders behind moving all of Technology to agile development by leading the Architecture & Engineering town, which is now 100% agile. Jamie is a member of Citizen’s Innovation Board and consistently drives innovation and is always on the forefront of exploring new technologies and trends for the future of our industry, such as Blockchain, AI, Quantum, Machine Learning and motivates others to learn as well, through his active role in our Badging program and Engineering Academies.

HopeRose is a recent graduate from the University of Rhode Island who has been working with Citizens for the past year supporting the Engineering Academy, teaching and helping to upskill others in new technologies and methodologies by serving as the Program Manager and Scrum Master for the team.


* Khushali Shah, Senior Software Engineer, Citizens Bank
Khushali is a senior software engineer at Citizens Pay -Partner Integrations team, who enjoys using her skills to contribute to the exciting technological advances that happen every day .

With 13 years of experience in software solutions delivery , Khushali specializes in building back-end business capabilities and is passionate about learning new technologies and solving problems. She has also mentored many colleagues at Citizens, while leading and facilitating training sessions for the bank’s Engineering Academy Initiative. Her continuous demonstration of adaptability and commitment has resulted in her receiving multiple team player awards throughout the career. Being in love with computers since early childhood , Khushali followed her passion and joined IT consulting services firm in 2007, after graduating with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunication. In her free time , she loves to go for walks, watch movies and socialize with friends.
