Dawn E. Wolfgram, CLF®

Born and raised in Iowa, Dawn Wolfgram began her career in Financial Services in 1987. She has not only been in Financial Services but has been a leader in the people business. Dawn has spent much of her career educating and empowering people to overcome obstacles and celebrate their vast contributions to the world.

Dawn is active in the Kansas City and St Louis communities and in her industry. She is a frequent guest speaker at local and national events on topics such as change management, diversity and inclusion, and money. She currently serves as the Immediate Past President of Women in Insurance and Financial Services (WIFS), has served as past President of Greater Kansas City chapter of Women in Insurance and Financial Services, is a past President of National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) Johnson-Wyandotte County chapter, and is also a current and active member of Finseca.

Dawn was the first named female in the history of Principal Financial Group to be named Regional Managing Director. She oversees the Kansas and Missouri Regions for The Principal.

She is a student of her industry, passionate about leadership and empowering women, and loves spending time with her family. Dawn is married to Chris, has two grown children, and 4 beautiful grandchildren.
