Speaker for Thursdays clubhouse Ashanti Martin is a veteran writer, journalist, creative marketing strategist, and CEO of Anti-Influencer Media and Creative Consulting LLC. Her work focuses on the intersection of communication, technology, Black culture, and the workplace. Ashanti is an outspoken advocate for Black land and wealth reparations and she has been featured in numerous outlets including Forbes, NPR, Reuters, and USA Today. In October 2020, Ashanti wrote an article for the Sunday New York Times about Black LinkedIn that galvanized a movement to transform the workplace experience for Black and other marginalized communities.
