Transform or Integrate? Choosing the Right ERP Strategy During Mergers and Acquisitions

Thursday, February 24, 2011
6:00-8:30

Mergers and acquisitions come with unique challenges, but the overarching justification for many of them includes one key goal: Improve profitability by combining operations and achieving cost reductions and important synergies. A critical success factor for any merger is for the entire business to develop and rapidly implement a common set of business processes enabled by an integrated technology platform.

Most major companies have many diverse businesses and end customers operating at various levels on the value chain. Most have found that the process of creating one high-functioning organization out of two or more disparate businesses is more thoroughly and rapidly enabled when a single enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution and IT support strategy are up and running.
What are the ERP implementation considerations that companies should consider during post merger integration? Join us on February 24th to learn how companies can either choose to "integrate" or "transform" in moving toward a cohesive IT platform.

Register today and learn how a comprehensive ERP strategy for mergers and acquisition can fuel a seamless transition for your new enterprise.
