Pulling Back the Curtain: Diversity Recruiting & How Leaders Hire for their Team

Cheers to a New Year, WITI Dallas community! Please mark your calendars to join us Thursday, February 16th for an evening with Infosys as they embark on their "Women On the Frontline in STEM Series". Come and discover new talent acquisition strategies, how you can make an impact as a candidate as well as how you can hire for a more inclusive team.

This is free for members and non-members. There is limited seating so please consider making a committed RSVP.

We will have a panel of Executives and Leaders who range from veteran hiring authorities to experts in the field of talent acquisition focused on diversity and inclusion practices. To get your brain churning, we plan to cover topics such as:

> How they've created teams that reflect our communities and their customer base
> Interview questions and how to guide the interview conversation
> How they've evaluated for inclusive competency and behaviors
> Effective Talent Acquisition processes
> How to implement a hiring strategy to scale, while addressing unconscious bias

We've put this content together targeted towards helping our community excel in 2017 but...WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU! What do you want to ask or hear more about at this event?
