Nancy Hecker

Nancy Hecker is the Senior Vice President of Product Development at ZeroChaos, an international firm specializing in human capital management for large corporations. In this role, she is responsible for an 80-member geographically-dispersed team of Product Management, Product Development, PMO, and Business Intelligence professionals who enhance and support the company’s SAAS-based VMS applications.

Nancy began her career in IT working for a startup in Alexandria, Virginia, where she had the opportunity to try her hand at many different technology roles. This experience led to management roles in telemarketing systems and business intelligence at Time Life Libraries. IT leadership roles at Lillian Vernon and Current USA followed, where she was responsible for all aspects of IT delivery, from operations and manufacturing to e-commerce.
