Local connections are often the most important, so our SMART Connections series are shaped to build strong connections at the local level that complement the connections you are enabled as a member to make globally with WITI. We're intent on creating the best environment for you to exchange ideas, experiences, and information whether to help recruit or build your business, find a job, learn how others handle situations, find a mentor/mentee or gain new insight and renew your career.

SMART Connections series are structured and facilitated so that you can meet your networking goals each and every time you attend. You'll have the chance to:

* Share a 30-second personal introduction in small groups where you rotate to meet everyone

* Exchange resources with others that are valuable in your career journey

* Learn effective networking tips and take away solid information to help you network better

* Make connections in less structured conversation as well
