Laura Patterson is the president and co-founder at VisionEdge Marketing Inc., a marketing consulting firm that assists organizations in developing metrics-based marketing strategies that create a competitive advantage. Prior to her work at VisionEdge, she was the director of marketing for Evolutionary Technologies. She also served 14 years at Motorola, Inc., where she implemented the idea ?Powered by Motorola.? She is the author of 13 published marketing and branding articles and the book Gone Fishing: a Marketing Guide to Keeping Profitable Customers. She serves on the Technical Business Network Advisory Board and teaches marketing at the University of Texas at Austin.
