As the Operations Director (Technical) at Leadway Assurance, Bimpe spearheaded transformative initiatives that revolutionized the customer experience, emphasizing simplicity and fostering a high-performance culture. Prior to her role at Leadway, Bimpe served as the Regional Head of Digital Banking at Standard Chartered Bank, where she not only expanded the Digital Banking business in West Africa but also championed Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and led impactful CSR endeavors.
