Expand your knowledge base, sharpen your skill sets, maximize your potential, and advance your career with these intensive 60-minute learning experiences. Just a sampling of topics: Mastering the Science of Storytelling; Speak Like a Leader Bootcamp; Breaking Biased Habits; Dealing with Difficult People; Making Your Pitch Skills Worthy of Your Ideas; Leading Outside Your Comfort Zone; Personal Branding for Women in Tech; Creating a Business Plan for Tech Startups; Success Secrets of the Super Achievers; Engaging Men to Invest in Gender Equality.
  • Bring-Your-Male Ally/Champion/Co-Worker-to-the-Summit Day

To encourage more men to attend and benefit from the WITI Summit, we'll feature a special track sharing insights on how women leaders provide a proven competitive advantage. Key thought leaders - including Will Marré, Co-Founder of the Covey Leadership Center and author of the upcoming Why We Need Women Leaders to Win — will help men learn how to become stronger allies, champion women programs in their companies, and increase awareness about the value of gender parity in the workplace.
  • WINS Panels

The WITI Industry-Based Networks (WINS) program provides speaking opportunities for women leaders to share their knowledge, expertise, and experiences with other women in their Industry. At the 2017 Summit, WINS interactive panels will provide a forum for women in such topics as: When AI Meets Virtual Reality / Augmented Reality; Industrial IoT: Machine Learning; The Future of Consumer Protection; Digital Health / Consumer Rights for HIPPA; and Agriculture: Technology for Small Farms to Market Third-World Applications.
  • The WITI Art Café

The WITI Art Café is a nod to the Renaissance and the Parisian cafés where scientists, technologists, artists, and philosophers would meet, collaborate, and discuss new possibilities. This is part of WITI's commitment to drive innovation. Participants will interact with an augmented reality art exhibit, learn how to creatively use augmented reality for solutions, and participate in demos and discussions with artists about working with technology to unleash creativity.
  • Business & Technology Expo

The 2017 WITI Summit will host a co-located Expo, with an improved format: the Expo will take place in the "town square" instead of in a separate expo hall, so you're always in the middle of the action - with opportunities to visit exhibitors and sponsors on your own schedule, in a relaxed setting. More than 30 top companies with a demonstrated interest in empowering women to succeed in technology will display products and services. Career development will continue to be a focus. Exhibitors will have both HR executives and product managers (and top C-level management as well) ready to speak with you!
  • Women in Technology Hall of Fame Awards Ceremony

Meet key leaders in science and technology who will be honored at the 22nd Annual Hall of Fame Awards Induction Ceremony on Monday, June 12. The honorees will be exceptional examples of women who have made a powerful difference in the fields of science and technology - women we need to inspire us and the generations to come.
  • Networking Opportunities

From the Sunday night Founder's Reception hosted by WITI Founder Carolyn Leighton - to our grand finale networking reception on Tuesday - and in between, multiple opportunities to meet with your counterparts from companies across the country and around the world - create your own coaching circle schedule - visit the Business & Technology Expo - or sit and schmooze with new colleagues on topics of keenest interest to you.
  • Executive Auction

WITI's Executive Auction is a marvelous opportunity to compete for a meeting with corporate executives that could potentially propel your career skyward. At the same time, you will be contributing to the Women in Technology Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit Foundation which supports WITI's Hall of Fame.
  • No One Stands Alone

WITI strives to create genuinely welcoming environments where each person is treated with equal support and respect. Our policy at the Summit — as at all WITI events — is that no person stands alone; i.e., it is each person's responsibility to welcome a solitary individual into the group.
  • Build. Empower. Inspire.

The WITI Summit strives to provide unparalleled opportunity to meet with hundreds of tech-savvy women and engage in a free exchange of ideas and experiences.
