Dawn Lasley

Dawn Lasley is a Senior IT Project Manager, with over 15 years of experience. She is currently responsible for leading projects with the public interest in mind to promote financial stability and sustainable economic growth.

Dawn is a member of a variety of groups within her organization; which include 2018 United Way Committee team, Women In Technology Community of Practice (WITCOP), Co-chair Project Management Knowledge Exchange Community of Practice (2016 - 2018), Habitat for Humanity, and Diversity Liaison as part of the Employee Diversity Committee.

As part of her continuing passion towards the advancement of educating women and men from all walks of life in the field of Technology; she's excited more than ever to be a champion of WITI's missions and goals in the Kansas City metro area.

Ria Moss

Ria joined The University of Kansas Health System in 2010 as a Talent Acquisition Project Lead Recruiter. She is now an ITIL Process Owner in the IT department. She is accountable for the ITIL Change/Release/Incident/Problem/Service Level processes and is responsible for identifying improvements to ensure that the processes continue to be effective and efficient. Ria has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Marketing from Kansas State University and a MBA from Baker University.

Ria is passionate about empowering women and promoting women (and girls) in technology and STEM fields. She is excited about being part WITI since her first conference in 2019 and developing the new network in Kansas City.

Joshelyn Bronson

Over 10 years of experience in the healthcare IT industry specializing in project management and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems implementation of Epic and Cerner solutions as well as third party.

Primary Expertise and Leadership Skills

Healthcare IT professional with vast experience as a Project Manager in planning, evaluating, directing, tracking, analyzing and coordinating various complex projects. This involves performing analysis, requirements planning, solution design, implementation, testing and deployment of live healthcare information modules. Adept in managing all aspects of diverse, medium to moderately complex technical projects, including project planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality and cost. Proactive leader with the ability to manage and direct team members to resolve issues and meet project goals and requirements on time and within budget.

Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems with certification as a Project Management Professional.

In her spare time, Joshelyn enjoy traveling, listening to live music, exercising and spending time with family and friends.

Vilma Maldonado

Vilma Maldonado is a Customer Support Specialist with nearly 3 years of experience and knowledge of the wires and securities industry. Her major focus is maintaining a working knowledge of the industry and executing moderately complex account inquiries, including bank mergers. Vilma graduated in May of 2017 with a Business Administration degree in Management and hopes to grow in her career by pursuing an analyst role.

Vilma has always been passionate about joining groups that advocate and give back to the community-from being part of the executive board of the Student Government Association during college to being an Ambassador for United Way and serving as a Diversity Liaison at her current workplace. She is excited to join the WITI Kansas City team to help develop and empower those around her.
