Ann Shook

Ann has been a board member of the Sacramento Network of Women in IT International for the past 4 years and currently serves as the Network Director for the 120 member WITI Sacramento network. Ann is a Director at EMC and has more than 20 years of experience in sales and business development doing business with State and Local Government customers nationally. Since coming from a career in Public Finance in 2006, Ann has held a number of roles at EMC where she has worked with EMC sales leaders, management, industry partners and government customers to drive a better understanding of how to do business with state and local government. Ann has served as Chair of TechAmerica's California Procurement Reform Committee and currently represents EMC with a number of industry associations including ITAPs, Comptia/TechAmerica and NASCIO's Corporate Leadership Council. Aside from her corporate and industry association work, Ann is active in the local community with a focus on STEM education and career development for young women. She has also served as a board member of Not Just Animals, a program designed to highlight the value animals can bring to improve youth literacy.

Paula Davy

As a Business Development Manager at AgreeYa Solutions, Paula Davy is responsible for new business development and existing business expansion for the IT Staffing Division. Paula has over 15 years of experience in sales and recruiting and has deep understanding of the IT industry. Her team building and management skills as well as negotiation expertise have proved to be valuable for the companies she worked at as well as for her client base. With a passion for customer service, Paula's motto is "seek first to serve others and the business will follow". As a result, she has garnered success and a solid reputation in business-to-business account development and technical recruiting. Paula holds a Marketing Degree and is also Owner/Manager of 2 vacation rentals in Sandpoint, Idaho.

Kim Valenzano

Kim Valenzano brings over 20 years of business experience primarily in recruiting/HR, building and maintaining client relationships and business development within the public and private sectors. She is currently the Strategic Accounts Manager for Propoint Technology, a CA certified small business focusing on Project Management, Business Planning and Operations and Full Systems Development Lifecycle. She recently held the position of Professional Services Manager for Allied Network Solutions, a Certified DVBE and IT reseller focused on hardware/software products and services. Prior to that she was an Executive Recruiter and managed the full recruitment process for senior level positions within various State and Local agencies and within healthcare in the commercial space. She also serves as a founding Board member and Director of Administration for a local non-profit youth soccer club serving over 600 players and their families. In that role she provides direction and oversight for all administrative efforts including financial, volunteer coordination and vendor relations.

Bear Williams

Bear Williams serves on the Network Membership Committee for the WITI Sacramento Network with Janet Haley. She works as the Director of US Sales & Contracts for Taborda Solutions in sales, and received both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Recreation Administration from Sacramento State. A strong advocate for commitment, innovation, integrity, and fun in the workplace, she involves herself in personal and professional growth through a variety of membership-based organizations. In addition to WITI, she has also been a member of the Rotary Club of Midtown-Sacramento since 2008. Bear has served on a variety of boards, including the Recreation, Park, and Leisure Services Chapter of the Sacramento State University Alumni Association; the Oak Park Rotary House board; and a variety of positions at the club and district level of Rotary International, focusing on international mentor and exchange programs, literacy at the national and community level, and other youth leadership programs.
