What's Cooking: PM for Busy Execs

The moment you step into your office or the kitchen, there is ordered chaos…or is there. Do you have sufficient staff? Do you have the project plan approved? Too many cooks spoil, or is it unspoil, the brew? The project management (PM) techniques that busy executives oversee and employ to ensure successful outcomes are well executed. Similarly, the kitchen methods and menus you manage or delegate lead to well done, or is it overdone, meals. Uncovering the PM techniques and tips at the Sept 18th event is Steve Maldonado, ERP Program Management Officer for Miami-Dade Public Schools. His expertise is well touted in the IT industry, most notably for techniques to streamline and improve operations in enterprise deployments.

To address the time management principles applied in project management both at work and home, WITI is pleased to host the meeting at Dream Dinners, an innovative concept in meal preparation. During the second half of What’s Cooking, attendees will have the opportunity to prepare a 3-serving meal. Dream Dinners of Sawgrass, FL is owned by Sally Grant, who opened the first Florida Dream Dinners franchise in 2005. Ms. Grant will present the latest trend in meal preparation techniques. The event registration charge covers the cost to prepare and take home the 3-serving meal.
