Jeff has 30 years of experience in the technology and entertainment industries and first got involved in mobile in 1999 as co-founder and the CEO of mobile commerce pioneer BarPoint.com.  As Vice President, Chief Evangelist at Myxer, from 2007 to 2012 Jeff played a significant role in growing the mobile entertainment company into one of the top 15 mobile websites in the U.S.  Currently Jeff is consulting with a select group of clients and is co-founder of Social Object Factory, a content studio within visual communications agency gapingvoid ltd.

A graduate of Cornell University, Jeff has also written and produced for film and television.  Jeff is a frequent speaker and panelist on mobile marketing, digital music, entrepreneurship and social media. He is also an online instructor for the University of San Francisco's Mobile Marketing Program. Michelle Bazargan

Michelle Bazargan is a strategic business and technology leader with over 18 years of information technology experience. She has an adept understanding of business strategy and experience collaborating with teams to apply process and technology solutions to enhance a company's growth. In addition, Michelle has extensive knowledge in technology services, application development, and product and project management.

At 3Cinteractive (3Ci) Michelle is responsible for providing leadership and oversight for new projects in the mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) space ensuring the timely and quality delivery of a client's technology solutions. She also is working to identify and develop new strategic partnerships that will further 3Ci's overall objectives.

Prior to 3Ci, Michelle was the president of Align Technologies Consulting Firm, specializing in enabling businesses to drive strategy and change transformation to increase revenue, profitability, and create efficiencies by leveraging technology. Prior to Align Technologies, Michelle was director of technology services, at JM Family Enterprises, a $10 billion, diversified automotive company and the world's largest independent Toyota distributor.

Michelle holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and marketing from Florida Atlantic University. She is also PMP, CSM certified and holds numerous other technical and management certifications.
