Tamara Spalding has spent over 15 years focused on the customer. Tamara is a Director of Technical Support Operations at Dell Software Group. Her responsibility is to lead, coach, mentor and motivate her team and ensure they have the technical skills needed to provide the best possible service to customers. Before coming to Dell Software Group, Tamara was the Director of Customer Service and Training at ChoicePoint, Inc. Tamara holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from University of Phoenix and has earned her HDI Support Center Director Certification. She has served on the leadership team of the South Florida chapter of WITI (Women in Technology International).

Kelly Boyle

Kelly A. Boyle, CRPC®, ADPA SM is a Financial Advisor and Business Financial Advisor with Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. Kelly has 7 years experience as a financial advisor, and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Florida.

As her latest entrepreneurial venture, Kelly purchased her practice and her own franchise of Ameriprise Financial in February 2012, focusing on creating customized and flexible portfolios and financial plans, tailored to each client's goals and objectives. Her practice specializes in working with entrepreneurs, women business owners, and technology executives and professionals.

Kelly also has a technical background. Prior to joining Ameriprise Financial in 2005, she was a Database Developer for the Florida Museum of Natural History as well as President of NK Productions, Inc., a web-programming company based in Gainesville, FL.

Kelly is passionate about educating and empowering women business owners, executives and technology professionals. She is the Strategic Alliance Chair for the South Florida Chapter of Women in Technology International, and is a member and volunteer of ITWomen. Kelly has implemented financial education programs at numerous technology corporations and organizations over the years. She has also made several contributions through Women Referring Women, a unique women's networking group in South Florida focused on developing referral relationships. As President and Founder, Kelly has helped hundreds of business women grow their businesses, as well as provide an environment for them to learn best business practices from their peers and other prominent professionals in the community.
